Audit Committee
Since the August 2005 AIM listing the Group has operated with an Audit Committee, whose terms of reference cover the points recommended by the Code. The Committee comprises Nick Berry and Padraic O'Connor and is attended by the auditors as appropriate.

Remuneration Committee
The Group has a Remuneration Committee, composed of the three Non-Executive Directors: Padraic O'Connor (committee chairman), Nick Berry and John Blakemore.

In view of the size of the Group there is no Nominations Committee
