Adwalker, the AIM-listed specialist in wearable media solutions,announces that it has signed a two year co-marketing agreementwith eMusic.com Inc (“eMusic”), the world's largest digital retailer ofindependent music and the world’s second largest digital music
service after iTunes.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company, through theprovision of the Adwalker unit, will allow consumers to downloadeMusic content, in out-of-home environments such as shoppingmalls, airports and music concerts, directly to an iPod or MP3 player.
The agreement provides that Adwalker receives a share of the grossmargin from the sale of eMusic retail products and a fee for eachtrial subscriber that is signed up for eMusic using the Adwalker platform.
