The Company announces that it has received notification that on 13 June 2007 Padraic O'Connor, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 3.5p each, equivalent to 0.13 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Adwalker.

In addition, the Company has also been notified that earlier today Mr O'Connor has purchased a further 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 3.5p each.

Following the above purchases Mr O'Connor now holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company equivalent to 0.27 per cent of the issued voting share capital of Adwalker.
