Adwalker, the AIM quoted specialist in digital and wearable media solutions, announces that it has been granted a patent from the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office for its interactive wearable media platform. Specifically, this UK patent (Patent Number GB: 2422711) covers "the apparatus for supporting a mobile electronic display system." The patent is valid in the UK until September 2024.
Adwalker’s Chief Operating Officer, Keith Jordan, comments: “Today’s news highlights that the Company has achieved its goal of being granted patents for the Company’s wearable media platform in each one of our core operating territories; the United Kingdom, North America and the Republic of Ireland. The granting of the patent will assist the Company in protecting itself against infringement and strengthens our intellectual property portfolio.”
